Duffey-Saull Method


We can also apply the Duffey-Saull Method (DSM) to predict your organizational susceptibility to accidents and incidents, or their equivalents for your industry (i.e. software security errors, data loss incidents, software bugs, product recalls, patient outcomes, and power outages.)   The Duffey-Saull Method identifies important, measurable and controllable trends indicative of a “learning organization.”  We use the Duffey-Saull Method to gauge your expected level of risk and liability while you're conducting business, so you can modify your business processes accordingly.
